O’Shapiro’s Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

• 2 c milk with 2 t vinegar to curdle
• 2 c all purpose flour
• 2 c whole wheat flour
• 3 T sugar
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 1/2 t salt
• 3 T oil
• 1 c raisins

Instructions

1. Bake 425°F for 40-50 minutes
